ARE YOU SEEKING ADVICE?

The REC mainly offers advice and assistance in the following areas of work:
  • If you feel you may have been subject to racial discrimination, harassment or abuse - you do not at this stage have to prove it to us or have clear evidence to receive advice from us
  • Immigration and nationality matters (but not if you are an asylum-seeker or refugee, although we may be able to refer you to someone who can advise on these matters)
If you would like advice from us you need to meet our criteria for support. This can be broadly summarised as:
  • You live and/or work in Northamptonshire.
  • You are seeking advice on issues relating to racial discrimination, racial harrassment or immigration and nationality matters
If you want advice, or to make an appointment to discuss you situation, you can In racial discrimination or harassment cases it is very important to receive advice as early as possible - do not leave a situation to get worse before you contact us!
